How to order a floating breakfast?

Grazie Bali Floating Breakfast provides seamless and streamlined ordering experience of floating breakfast delivery to your Bali villa for your convenience. Order floating breakfast in Bali through our website from everywhere and get it delivered to your villa in Bali on your preferred date and time.

Browse through our website, select the menu that you like and add to your tray. Select your desired delivery date and time slot during your checkout. Once you completed the payment, we will send you an order confirmation and will deliver your floating breakfast on your pre-selected date.

How it works?

Every delivery order comes with our standard package:

  • Tray (for 2 hours)
  • Standard fresh flower set-up
  • Utensils by Grazie Bali
  • Pick-up after two hours started from the time we finished preparing the tray in your pool.

You just need to select what menu would you like to add to the tray and we will deliver it on you selected date and time.

Please note that all payments must be received by Grazie prior to delivery. Also, might be a good idea to check the weather forecast on your planned date 😉

Which area do you deliver to?

Currently we deliver to Canggu, Kuta, and Seminyak with free delivery. We also deliver to Denpasar, Sanur, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Uluwatu-Bukit area with delivery charge.

Can I customize my order?

We hear you! You can absolutely customize your floating breakfast. We provided "Build Your Own Tray" options so you can customize your own floating breakfast tray to your liking.

If you have custom request or concerns, send us a WhatsApp message for inquiry.

Accepted payment methods

We accept all international and local issued credit cards from Visa and Mastercard, and JCB.

We also accept Indonesian bank transfer, e-wallet (OVO, Gopay, ShopeePay), QRIS, and PayLater (Kredivo, GopayLater, SPayLater). More payment methods to come as you grow with us!

Please note that if you wish to pay Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will reach out to you after placing an order to request more details.

Can I order my floating breakfast ahead?

Absolutely. If you and your loved ones planning to have a good time in Bali, make sure to order ahead of time and select your desired date/time during checkout.
Though we accept same day delivery in certain conditions, it is advisable that you book ahead (at least one day before) to ensure we can deliver you the best experience of floating breakfast in Bali.

Order Cancellation and Refund

We will refund 100% your order if you cancel your order within 30 days from your selected date/time. If cancellation request are made within 14 days before your selected date, 50% refund will be given. Any cancellation request made within less than 14 days is non-refundable. However, we allow a reschedule for up to 48 hours before selected date/time slot depending on the availability.

All refund will be processed within 14 working days. All applicable fees and taxes will be borne by customer.
